Fact Sheet: Improving Equity with Data: Vaccine Reporting and Data Visualizations

Reporting race and ethnicity with vaccinations is critical to understanding vaccine disparities. However, a large proportion of COVID-19 vaccinations have been reported as “other” or “unknown” for race and ethnicity. This fact sheet provides strategies for utilizing unknown and other race and ethnicity data to better understand where vaccination rates are most disparate.
