Stephanie Glover’s work has traversed the fields of advocacy, research, and politics. She currently serves as the Manager of Health Policy for Colorado Access. At Colorado Access, Stephanie leads legislative and policy strategy for the organization. Before moving to Colorado, she spent extensive time in Washington, DC where she worked on Medicaid policy and private insurance reforms, including the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. In positions at both the National Women’s Law Center and the National Partnership for Women & Families, Stephanie focused on federal policy related to increasing access to high-quality, affordable health care, including the promotion of health equity and maternal health.
Stephanie also researched and evaluated a federally-funded school-based health program in Texas while at the Child and Family Research Partnership. Prior to that, she managed fundraising and events at the Women’s Campaign Fund. Stephanie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., and earned her Masters of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.
