Kevin was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming before heading off to sunny Hawaii for undergrad. While there, he double-majored in Political Science and American Studies. Following a one year-school break, Kevin headed to the University of Colorado Law School where he graduated with his JD. Following graduation, Kevin co-founded Cheney Galluzzi & Howard, LLC. Originally focused on both criminal defense and personal injury law, CGH now focuses solely on helping injured people fight giant insurance companies. Kevin serves as CGH’s Managing Partner and one of its chief litigators. Kevin has won numerous awards in his legal career including CTLA’s New Lawyer of the Year Award and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers 5 years in row.
When not working, Kevin enjoys hanging out with his wife, Reena, and his giant Newfoundland, Pancake. He also enjoys politics, electronic music, and playing poker.
