Edric Gagui is from Temecula, California and is part of the AmeriCorps VISTA program, which serves to end poverty in America through various fields of work such as public health. He has a background in General Biology from the University of California, San Diego and has a passion for global and public health. On the Immunize Colorado team, Edric serves as an Immunization Outreach and Education Coordinator. In 2021, Edric completed a fellowship for a non-profit, working to build a network of local and state-elected officials. There, he was involved in recording legislation from leaders in the organization’s network, social media strategies, and tracking the progress of education policies. He also has experience as an Analytical Biochemistry Research Assistant at a Bio-Technology start-up and as an Exhibits Assistant at the Birch Aquarium. In his spare time, Edric enjoys hiking, watching films, reading, and traveling.
