Vaccines are one of the greatest achievements in public health, preventing 4-5 million deaths each year worldwide and averting $400 million in hospitalization charges in Colorado alone. Now more than ever it is critical that we improve our vaccination rates and protect our kids and our communities from preventable diseases. I urge you to stand with science and the majority of Colorado parents when making decisions that impact our state's immunization systems in the Colorado legislature.
