About the Summit
Join us in Glenwood Springs for the 2025 Colorado Regional Immunization Summit! Learn from world-renowned experts about current issues and strategies to increase vaccine delivery, education, and uptake. Gather and network with immunization and public health professionals at a cocktail reception on the evening of June 4 (included in conference registration).

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will only be given for registration fees and do not include any travel, lodging, or other fees associated with the Summit. To qualify for a refund, cancellations must occur on or before May 5, 2025. No refunds will be provided after that date. Refunds and/or substitutions can be requested by emailing ICOffice@childrenscolorado.org.
Hotel Accommodations
Stay at the historic Hotel Colorado on the evenings of June 4 and 5 at a special group rate of $195/night before taxes and fees. To reserve your room, call the Hotel Colorado reservation number at 1-800-544-3998 and identify yourself as a member of the Immunize Colorado 2025 Summit. Please book your room by May 13 to secure the discounted group rate.
If you have tax exemption status, you will need to send a completed tax exemption form to res@hotelcolorado.com after you book your room.

LEARNER OUTCOME
After attending the 2025 Regional Immunization Summit, learners will report increased knowledge of the latest updates on vaccine-preventable diseases and immunization coverage, best practices and strategies to communicate, emerging trends in immunization, and the importance of building community connections and fostering trust to improve immunization coverage.
Conference Objectives
After attending this educational event, participants will report increased knowledge related to vaccine promotion, new vaccines, vaccine challenges and successes, and vaccine misinformation. Participants will also report at least one practice change they intend to make after attending this event. Attendees will be able to:
- Describe the latest updates on vaccine-preventable diseases and immunization coverage in Colorado and the U.S.
- Implement best practices and strategies to communicate with and combat misinformation within diverse communities
- Describe emerging trends in immunization, including vaccines in the pipeline
- Describe the importance of building community connections and fostering trust to improving immunization coverage
NURSING CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Immunize Colorado 2025 Summit is jointly provided by Children's Hospital Colorado and Immunize Colorado.Ā Children's Hospital Colorado is pleased to offer Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) for the activity. Attendance, sign-in, and submission of the evaluation are required within 14 days for successful completion and receipt of the certificate of attendance. Claim only those hours you attend.
Children's Hospital Colorado is approved with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This educational offering for 9.25 nursing contact hours is provided by Children's Hospital Colorado.
