A Westminster Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on October 7 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at Adams County's Westminster Office (1401 W. 122nd Avenue, Suite 200, Westminster, CO 80234).

This clinic offers immunizations at low or no cost to uninsured, Medicaid, and CHP+ clients (children and adults). The clinic is unable to see patients with Kaiser and private insurances at this time.

No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
