A Longmont Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on December 9 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at St. Vrain Community Hub (515 Coffman St., Longmont, CO 80501).

This clinic offers immunizations at low or no cost to uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid patients. The clinic is unable to see patients with Kaiser, CHP+, and private insurances.

No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
