A Longmont Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on October 14 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at the Día de Muertos Family Celebration in downtown Longmont at 4th and Coffman Ave.

This clinic offers immunizations at low or no cost to uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid patients. The clinic is unable to see patients with Kaiser, CHP+, and private insurances.

No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
