A Longmont Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on August 12 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at Intercambio (1715 Iron Horse Drive, Suite 130, Longmont, CO 80501).

This clinic offers immunizations at low or no cost to uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid patients. The clinic is unable to see patients with Kaiser, CHP+, and private insurances.

No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
