The 2024 pocket-sized immunization schedule cards are now available for pre-order on the Immunize Colorado website. These laminated, hole-punched cards are designed to be attached to badges and provide a quick reference for those involved in immunization delivery. The palm cards reflect the latest Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations and are available for the childhood immunization schedule, adolescent immunization schedule, adult immunization schedule, contraindications / precautions, and perinatal hepatitis b prevention recommendations. Orders will ship in April 2024.
